Donna, raised in a Roman Catholic family in New York, moved to California with her husband, Bill of three and a half years when he received a job transfer in 1980. The Lord quickly began to unfold the necessary details to draw both of them separately to saving faith. As He uniquely uncovered their individual need for reconciliation to Himself, they repented of their sin and received Christ’s work of atonement and began attending Grace Community Church in 1982. While attending the Master’s Seminary, Bill exchanged the life of a salesman in the secular work force for that of a pastor and joined the ministerial staff at Grace in 1989. This meant a role change for Donna as well, from that of a businessman’s wife to that of a pastor’s wife. It is here where she serves alongside her husband who is pastor over Discipleship Counseling as well as the adult Fellowship Group, FaithBuilders. Her main public ministry involves discipleship, hospitality and teaching roles of a pastor’s wife. She currently oversees FaithBuilder’s women’s ministry, Women Walking Wisely. In addition, she is also a group leader for the Seminary women’s discipleship program. Her private ministry includes the love and care of her husband and their home, as well as the continued mentor/friend role to their two grown, married daughters. A most cherished role is that of grandmother to five beautiful granddaughters. It is her privilege to respond with gratitude to the Lord having adopted her into His family to make it her highest joy and desire to continue to cultivate the qualities that enable her to be a useful servant to the Lord as a Titus 2 woman.
