Right to Life Celebration in Teton County
Right to Life of Teton County will hold its annual Sanctity of Human Life Sunday vigil in the Jackson Town Square, on January 23rd at 3:30 p.m. For more information, contact Elaine Kuhr at 733-5564.
Everyone is invited to join us for this yearly gathering of people who hold human life to be sacred. Children are welcome.
We would appreciate some help for Sunday: (1) providing homemade cookies and (2) showing up about 1:30 to help prep the area. We’ll be meeting along the west fence of the Town Square, and the snow must be cleared or at least leveled in an area big enough for the speakers/musicians and maybe 100 attendees. Also, setting up a couple of tables for refreshments. If anyone wants to volunteer for either of these opportunities, please contact Elaine Kuhr. 690-7245. Thanks!
Our purpose in gathering is:
–To lift up the gospel of Jesus Christ as the hope for all
–To thank the Lord for His gift of life, for children are a gift from God
– To pray for the women who will be making a decision for life or for abortion
—In honor of women everywhere who have decided against abortion
—In memory of millions of babies who have died by abortion
—To pray for those women and men who are suffering the traumatic aftermath of abortion
